The New Year is here and with it comes many resolutions:
- Firstly, let me thank you, all, for walking with us, at OCA, by reading and hopefully putting in practical use some of the “gems” of knowledge we have been sharing, over the years, on this blog. At OCA, we believe, “Your Health is Your First Wealth”
- Secondly, this is to let you know that we are not about to stop creating consumer awareness by sharing these behavior changing and empowering knowledge tit bits, whose objective is to enable YOU make informed choices about your HEALTH, so that you can take CONTROL of your health and wellness. - Thirdly, us we begin 2017, we are very alive to the increasing incidence and prevalence of non-communicable diseases(NCDs), including CANCERs; That is why we begin the year by sharing with you the good news; that cancer is not only preventable but that I CAN be “cured” by what you consume: your DIET and lifestyle:
